DESIGN
Our team of designers will develop a completely unique individual design for the form, including the development of a logo and illustrations; vectorize raster files for printing on the form; copy ready-made designs from other manufacturers and make the necessary changes to the ready-made designs and files; if the customer has ready-made designs - adapt the design to our manufacturer's patterns.
PRINTING
Sublimation printing, this type of printing is used in the production of our clothing, which can only be used on white synthetic fabrics.
This type is possible when working with synthetic fabrics (at least 60% synthetics), resistant to high temperatures. Special paint is transferred to thermal transfer paper, then using a large thermal press under the influence of temperature is transferred to the fabric. The dye seems to be soldered into the structure of the fabric. The image is saturated and clear.
The technology is individual to the class of super-resistant.
TAILORING
We offer three main categories (levels) of uniforms for sewing: basic, intermediate, top, and a separate fleece category. For each level, several options for patterns and materials are possible, the final cost of the product depends on these parameters and is calculated individually from the minimum cost indicated in the price list.
A large selection of colors and shades of paints from the Italian manufacturer, which includes an assortment of fluorescent (neon) paints, with a selection of % display of application transparency and gradient stretching with the ability to choose colors personally from a printed palette.
