We are a small team, but with big ambitions, aimed at realizing the wishes of cyclists. Our vocation includes the service of tailoring equipment of various cuts and using various fabrics, from jerseys to fleece body suits, skinsuits/trisuits and accessories with individual designs, in workshops that sew world brands, especially the professional category, which takes into account global standards of quality and aerodynamics. We will help to implement the branding of the uniform, which in turn is a good advertisement for the company's brand, and personalized designs will emphasize the character and theme of the teams and stand out at competitions and trips.

DESIGN
The implementation of the design on the form is possible based on a ready-made layout in vector format from the customer, which does not require additional payment for this service, but only if the layout does not require changes. If you need to make changes to the finished design, an additional package of design services is paid, the price of the service depends on the volume of work.
When the customer does not have a personal finished design, but has an idea of their design - we will provide a blank/color layout for the schematic arrangement of design elements.
For design, files (logos and images) are required only in vector format. If the customer does not have such a file format, we offer a vectorization service, which is paid additionally and discussed individually for each element.
ATTENTION! We do not create logos and graphics, except for inscriptions in regular fonts.
PRINTING
The main most popular types of printing on fabric can be distinguished:
- silkscreen printing, also called screen printing;
- direct printing on fabric - works well when applying patterns to cotton items;
- sublimation , which can only be used on white synthetic fabrics.
This type of printing is used in the production of our cycling clothing.
This type is possible when working with synthetic fabrics (at least 60% synthetics), which are resistant to high temperatures. Special paint is transferred to thermal transfer paper, then using a large thermal press under the influence of temperature, it is transferred to the fabric. The dye is as if soldered into the structure of the fabric. The image is saturated and clear.
The technology belongs to the class of ultra-resistant. It is possible to obtain color images and complex graphics. The most environmentally friendly technology.
TAILORING
Custom-made cycling jerseys are made using ready-made standard patterns from the shop. We do not provide patterns for individual body features.
In some cases, the workshop provides the opportunity to make adjustments to the lengths of individual product zones according to the parameters of the size chart (jersey length, sleeve length, collar height and pocket height, length of shorts and tights), therefore, it should be borne in mind that the measurements provided by the customer, as well as the everyday size of clothing, are taken into account, but are not an accurate indication for choosing the size of the form. Each manufacturer has its own features of the size chart, which depend on the elasticity of the fabric and cut, which in turn may differ from each other.
The forms includes the following levels :
- basic level , which is sewn according to the simplest pattern and using more affordable fabrics, is suitable for those who are just starting to get acquainted with the world of cycling equipment;
- entry level, the jersey has the ability to choose from several types of fabrics in patterns and already has a wide anti-slip cuff on the base, the bibs (shorts) include the price of the diaper and straps (suspenders), for confident beginners who choose this sport as one of the types of active entertainment;
- medium level is designed for those who have chosen cycling as a way of life and ride in any season and weather, includes materials with improved elasticity and breathability and a long version of the shape;
- top level, speaks for itself, this is the level of professionals who appreciate true quality and comfort in every detail. The possibility of printing on suspenders (straps) in bibs (shorts) is especially noted.
The professional category, namely this shop, sews trisuits (for triathletes) and skinsuits (for cyclists). The levels are similar to cycling uniforms. The higher the category, the better the materials and the modernized cut of the patterns.
* Each level includes a corresponding diaper, but can be replaced with any other level for an additional fee.
FLEECE FORM
Fleece uniform, namely lycra with fleece has good breathability and elastic properties. Lycra in this case does not have a water-repellent and windproof function. Only thermoregulation. Therefore, it is suitable only for dry, calm weather up to a temperature of +15 °C as an independent uniform. By adding more layers of clothing or a vest, you can feel comfortable at lower temperatures and in wet, windy weather.
This form is sewn at two different factories, accordingly, in the price list you can find both PROFESSIONAL and AMATEUR.
The difference is in the cut and additional materials, such as diapers, pockets, and suspenders.

Under our brand and with an exclusive design, you can order a ready-made uniform, which we sew in one size in the collection.
